Rosy Nails Tigard Plaza

With a friendly atmosphere and mission to bring happiness to customers through nail care, Rosy Nails Tigard Plaza is a small salon with a big heart. And with more than a thousand nail polish colors and designs on display, they have a big collection to match. Rosy Nails has been open in Tigard for over 20 years, recently changing hands and now owned by long-time nail technician Hang Pham (pictured, second from left, with staff). While a transition to online, matched donation gift cards (with a portion of sales going to the Good Neighbor Center) brings in some income, Rosy Nails is struggling to stay afloat due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

A $1,500 grant awarded through Tigard CARES will help Rosy Nails pay their April rent and stay in business. “We can’t express how much it means to us to receive the Tigard CARES grant,” Hang says. “We have been applying for so many grants and funds but we haven’t received any except this one. We are truly thankful for the City of Tigard team, you are extremely caring of your residents.” Hang adds, “We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for all the messages and phone calls that we received from you. We can’t wait to serve you again!” To learn more about Rosy Nails Tigard Plaza, visit www.facebook.com/pg/rosynailstigardplaza
