Cook Park Playground Design Competition
Cook Park is the oldest, and most well-known park in the City of Tigard. The park has a rich history and a variety of amenities including a large playground structure that has aged beyond its useful life. The Parks & Recreation Division is hosting a design competition between playground companies to see who can design the best playground for the space.
“The goal is to provide an experience that is memorable for a lifetime,” says Project Manager Carla Staedter. “The new playground should reflect the significance of Cook Park and be a welcoming destination for people of all ages and abilities.”
