Staff is conducting an “audit” of existing Tigard policies and codes that dictate where uses are allowed and how development can happen. Alongside this audit, we will be analyzing the current state and future needs of the City’s employment lands, researching innovative policies and codes, and estimating the potential influence of these codes and policies on land use and employment growth.
Policy and Code Update Proposals
Tigard MADE is currently at this stage
March - November 2021
Staff will write up proposals for new land use regulations based on research and outreach, and bring these proposals to City Council.
