Welcome! We are so excited to be kicking off this project.

The City of Tigard and Tigard Tualatin School District (TTSD) have signed an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) to partner around issues of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). Although the organizations operate independently and with different missions, many of our objectives overlap with respect to DEI.

Partnership Objectives and Work Plan

Our purpose is to engage with community stakeholders, build a collective understanding of Diversity Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and to grow partnerships around a common equity vision of service.

TTSD will provide up to 4 DEI Trainings for the Tigard Leadership Team, DEI Team, and Communications Team. Tigard will support up to 4 TTSD DEI Program events, including park rentals or meeting spaces.
