    DESCRIPTION: White male switched his own shoes out for a pair of new boots from a dept. store. When LP contacted him he pulled out a handgun and pointed it directly at them before running off out of the business. Suspect was 5'06" - 5'08" range, white, black ball cap on backwards, wore a yellow and black checked scarf.

    DESCRIPTION: Female described as 5'04" thin with long brown hair in a bun, wearing very baggy sweatshirt loaded up over $1000 in fragrances and walked out the store without purchasing them. She drove off in a blue Honda Civic with WA plates attached. The car that goes with the plates does not match her and there are no owners on file.

    DESCRIPTION: Two males were called in as potentially breaking into cars. Arriving officers captured 2 males on body cam who then took off running, later determined there were multiple victims.
