The Scholls Ferry Crossing engineering study is complete and supports the vision of the community. Tualatin Hills Park and Rec District (THPRD) continues to partner with other agencies to seek grant funding, but have not found a compatible source yet. The high level of community interest in finding solutions to deal with the frequent flooding of the trail was clear from the 533 surveys received.
