Water Reservoir

The City of Tigard will design and construct a new water reservoir. This will ensure enough healthy, safe water to:

• Keep pace with the city’s growth
• Meet peak demand periods
• Navigate emergencies and natural disasters

What’s Happening Now:

• Construction began in June of 2023 - Sunrise Park is currently closed for community use.
• Community outreach and engagement throughout the project.
  • Upcoming events:
    • Coffee with the Contractor: Wednesday, August 23 at 10:30 AM - 15005 SW Sunrise Ln Tigard, OR 97223
    • Neighborhood Meeting: Thursday, August 24 at 6 PM - Virtual
      • An application to modify the approved Reservoir 18 site plan to accommodate changes to the areas requiring the removal of trees within sensitive lands.
