The City of Tigard is completing final design of a new park located at the terminus of Steve Street and 85th Ave, north of Hwy 99 and East of Hall Blvd.

The site plan for the park was completed in 2015 and reflects neighborhood input at the time. Funding has become available through the 2019 Metro Parks and Open Space Bond that will allow Tigard to complete detailed design of the park. This will mean the park can be bid and constructed in 2023 and 2024.
