Urban Agriculture in Tigard

What is Urban Agriculture?
Urban agriculture can be anything from planting strawberries and raising chickens for your family’s personal supply to beekeeping and raising goats for commercial sale of products—all within your own backyard. The City of Tigard recently went through a public engagement and code writing process to write regulations specific to the urban livestock component of this activity.
