The Transportation System Plan (TSP) is a roadmap for investments in our community’s shared transportation system; one that serves all road users. 

We want to know how Tigard’s transportation system can help get you where you need to go, whether walking, bicycling, riding transit or driving.  We love our community and we want to maintain and enhance our quality of life over the long haul. 

This update will be guided by community input and will build off Tigard’s Strategic Plan and Complete Streets policy, each aimed at supporting equitable access for road users of all ages and abilities. We want to hear from you!

    Prioritize Transportation Projects

    We need your input on 20 proposed projects, new sidewalk locations and improvements to our bike and transit networks. These "Big Move" projects are brand new, or modifications of existing proposed projects that have not yet been completed in the decade+ since our last Transportation System Plan was adopted. 

    These investments will be prioritized based on the Transportation System Plan Goals (displayed in the image below), community feedback, and available financial resources - both local and external funding.

    Please take a few minutes to complete this survey and share your feedback as we continue to move forward in developing a shared roadmap for transportation system investments across the city for the next 20 years.
